DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Timeframe

Most cabin and pod orders are delivered within 2–8 weeks, depending on stock availability, production schedules, and your location. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm your estimated delivery week.

 

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our cabins, pods, and garden buildings are made to order or imported specifically for each customer. Lead times can vary depending on seasonal demand and factory production.

 

Faster Delivery Option

 

If you require your cabin sooner than the standard 2–8 week timeframe, we can offer a priority delivery option.

Please note:

Priority delivery incurs a higher delivery fee of €4,500

This covers the cost of a dedicated shipment/container from Europe

Priority delivery is subject to availability and must be agreed at the time of order

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

Change-of-Mind Refunds

Cabins, pods, log houses, and hot tubs are made to order or imported specifically per customer. Once your order has been placed and your deposit has been paid:

 Deposits are non-refundable if the customer changes their mind.

Production or allocation begins immediately after an order is placed, so change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

 

Order Amendments

If you need to update or amend your order, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes where possible.

 

Delivery Date Changes

If you need to reschedule your delivery date, we will do our best to assist. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and may extend your estimated delivery timeframe.

DAMAGES, ISSUES & WARRANTY

 

If your cabin, pod, or hot tub arrives with any issues, defects, or missing components, please notify us immediately.

We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue in line with our warranty.

This may include:

Replacement parts

Support with installation issues

Resolution of manufacturer defects

This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or site conditions outside our control.

Cabins are supplied with all necessary components and installation instructions

Made-to-order items: Deposits are non-refundable

Priority delivery option: €4,500 (covers cost of dedicated container shipment from Europe)

Customer is responsible for site preparation and safe access for delivery

Final payment is due before delivery or assembly

Installation dates may be adjusted due to logistics, weather, or transport conditions
